音楽映画の上映、ライブ、パフォーマンスが5日間に渡り、日夜繰り広げられた。今回で3回目になるFilmer La Musique フェスティバルの開催に合わせ、アニエスベーとポテムキン、そしてラブ ストリームス プロダクションは共同で「ウエスト コースト セオリー 」と「 フリースタイル」のDVDを制作し、フェスティバルの初日に発売した。MC supernatural, DJ Organic (「フリースタイル 」の監督）、Webbafied, Richard“Segal”Hurediaといった、即興カルチャーのそうそうたる落とし子たちによるMCで構成された、類稀な1枚。
2009年6月9日～14日までパリにて開催。

FREE RETURNS
