リヨンで現代アートのイベントを企画するArtyの招待を受け、アニエスベー・リヨン店ではフランス人アーティスト、マンボの作品を展示し、ショップウィ ンドーも彼がデザインした。「独学でアートを学んだマンボは、１９８６年から１９９７年にかけて壁面アーティスト集団 「la Force Alphabétique」に参加。彼は問いかけ、旅するアーティストであり、また世界を観察するグラフィック・デザイナーだ。マンボの作品は情報の氾濫 に押しつぶされそうな世の中を反映し、疑問を投げかける。そこには作家自身の内面がにじみ出ており、彼の経歴、旅、出会いを伝えている。」
